Refund Policy
- Items that arrive damaged or defective qualify for a full refund. Customers must report these issues within 7 days of receiving the item.
- For incorrectly received items (wrong size/colour/item), customers must report within 7 days of receiving the item to receive a full refund.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. Please refer to our exchange policy for more details.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All refunded items must be returned to us for inspection before a full refund can be issued. A refund receipt will be provided once the return has been processed. Refunds may be denied if items do not meet the above criteria, such as being returned after the eligibility period or showing signs of wear.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be transferred to your original payment method within 7-10 business days upon receiving the returned item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Items must be returned within 15 days from the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags still attached.
Refunds may be denied if items do not meet the above criteria.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (Subject to approval)
- Items that have been worn, washed and/or altered
- Items that were ordered incorrectly based on size or description cannot be returned or exchanged. (Subject to approval) Please refer to our sizing charts and product details before making a purchase, as these are not considered defects. We are not responsible for items that do not fit as expected.
How can I return my order?
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Support team at hello@ariewear.com
- Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return (eg. Defective Item or Wrong Order).
- Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
- Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all paperwork and any freebies.
- Please ensure the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) is clearly written on the outside of the package. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions to complete the process.
Our team will inform you once we have received the returned item and will update you accordingly.
Return Shipping Costs
- We will cover shipping costs for orders within Singapore. For international orders, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. Please note that this policy does not apply to orders placed incorrectly.
- For defective or incorrect items, ARIÉ will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to availability since our items consist of limited statement pieces. However, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return items for a full refund if they meet the specified criteria. (Refer to our Refund & Return criteria above.)

- We will not provide an exchange or refund for any reason other than those stated above.
- Ensure you check the sizing charts and any specific descriptions of our clothing before purchasing, as these will not be considered defects. We are not liable if the items do not fit as expected.

I accidentally placed the wrong order. Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please email us at hello@ariewear.com or DM us at @ariewear on Instagram, within 24 hours of purchase, and include your order number and personal details. You can expect to hear from our team within 48 hours.
Your refund will be processed, and the credit will be transferred to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
I’d like to place an additional order. Is it possible to share the shipping fee with my previous order?
Yes, you can share the shipping fee with your previous order. Please contact us to arrange this within 24 hours of your purchase.
Any arrangements after the eligibility period, an additional shipping fee will apply, and items may be shipped separately.

We accept Visa (Credit/Debit), Mastercard, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Do you ship worldwide?

For standard delivery, you can expect to receive your item within 7 days from the date of purchase.
For expedited delivery, your item will arrive the next day from the date of purchase. Please note that additional charges apply for expedited delivery.
How much is the shipping fees?
Shipping fees within Singapore are standardized at $5.
For expedited delivery (next day), a fee of $15 will apply.
Do you offer self-collection?
We do not offer self-collection. If you wish to receive your items promptly, please select expedited delivery. Please note that expedited delivery (next day) incurs a fee of $15.
