Return Policy

At ARIÉ, every piece is created with care, intention, and quality. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligible Returns:

  • Items received incorrectly (size, colour, or style)
  • Manufacturing defects

Condition Requirements:

All returns must be shipped with the original packaging and garment bag, product must be unused with original tag still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that seem used or worn. Product will not be accepted if it has been worn outside, stretched or stained.

Return Process

We sincerely apologize if your order arrives incorrectly or is incomplete. Please email us at hello@ariewear.com with your order number, shipping address, and contact details within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you must return the item within 14 days for a refund. Upon reception of your return, the item will be processed and a quality check will be done to ensure perfect condition before we issue a refund.

Exchange Process

Regrettably, exchanges are only offered for orders that arrive incorrectly or with manufacturing defects. Please email us at hello@ariewear.com with your order number, shipping address, and contact details. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

Eligible Exchanges

  • Items received in the wrong size, color, or style
  • Manufacturing defects

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund (excluding shipping) will be provided.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship orders within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Singapore: 5–8 business days
  • International: 15–30 business days (depending on customs clearance)

International orders:
Please note that international shipments may experience delays or incur additional taxes and duties upon arrival. ARIÉ is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

Please make sure to enter your email at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as it’s shipped.

Change / Cancel Orders

At ARIÉ, we process orders promptly to ensure your pieces reach you without delay.

Address Changes:

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot accept liability for incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, email us at hello@ariewear.com within 24 hours of placing your order so we can update it and ensure smooth delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as fulfillment begins immediately. If you need to make changes, please contact us at hello@ariewear.com within 24 hours of ordering. While we cannot guarantee adjustments after this window, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Track My Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. Use this to follow your parcel’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

If you haven’t received a tracking email, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@ariewear.com, as sometimes emails may not have been provided at checkout.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, Google and Apple Pay. For any other requests, please contact us at hello@ariewear.com for special assistance.

Refunds

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank.
