- Items received incorrectly (size, colour, or style)
- Manufacturing defects
Condition Requirements:
- Must be unworn and unwashed
- Original condition with all tags attached

- Please submit your request via email at hello@ariewear.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- Sale items are non-refundable
- Shipping fees are non-refundable

Once confirmed, we’ll:
- Arrange the correct items to be sent at no additional cost
- Prioritise your shipment to make it right as quickly as possible
Returning a incorrect/defect Item:
After we’ve approved your request via email, kindly mail the item back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you when your refund has been issued.
Please note that refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank.

- Sale items and digital gift cards are non-refundable
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For defective or wrong items, return shipping is fully covered by us. However, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Can I request for an exchange?
Regrettably, we do not offer exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
How long does delivery take?
We ship orders within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times vary by location:
- Singapore: 5–8 business days
- International: 15–30 business days (depending on customs clearance)

International orders:
We now offer worldwide shipping! So no matter where you are, ARIÉ can reach you. However, please note that international shipment may experience delays or incur additional taxes and duties upon arrival. ARIÉ is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
At ARIÉ, we process orders quickly to ensure your pieces reach you promptly. If you need to make any changes such as items, size or address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee adjustments.
Address Changes:
- We cannot accept liability for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- If you notice any inaccuracies, please email us at hello@ariewear.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make corrections and ensure smooth delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we begin fulfillment immediately.
- If you need to amend your order (e.g., size or item changes), contact us within 24 hours for the best chance to accommodate your request.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to get your ARIÉ order to you seamlessly.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. Use this to follow your parcel’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Why is my order sent back to ARIÉ?
If your order is returned to our warehouse due to delivery issues, we’d be happy to resend it — please note that any additional shipping costs will be at your expense.
For international orders, if you prefer not to have it re-shipped, we can issue a refund for the order amount minus the original shipping fee. Unfortunately, the initial delivery fee is non-refundable.
